Hey all quick question for you all.

I can't get my front Tire off of the ground even if I lean back as far as I can on my bike. Should I get a shorter stem?

I have no problem yanking the front tire off of the ground with some momentum, but I feel as though I should be able to pick it up off of the ground withotu doing that. Tell me if this is wrong to think this.

It's really hard to pull the front wheel up on any bike by just leaning back. You almost always have to give a strong pull to get started.

You can cheat and lean onto your front wheel, lifting the rear up, then swing your ass over the rear and lean back and you go up onto rear. Trouble is your cranks tend to engage and you need to release the brake to line them up again.

Thanks for the replies, yeah I was only sayin that cause I'm used to ridin BMX, and on my bmx I can get the front tire off the ground no prob without momentum, leanin way back.

Sweet thanks for answering!
