I like the fact that you didn't use any of the colored scho parts, gives it a nice clean look.

Yea, I was going for a nice clean look, nothing flashy. I'll try to get some riding pics on my next ride.
I'm still having a problem with the headset though. Theres a lot of friction when I turn the bars, so much in fact, that I can hear a scraping noise. I've tried extra grease, more/fewer spacers, loosening the topcap/headset....Any ideas?
Looks nice,
I had trouble with my Aheadset when I first had it on the Control (with an Urban fork), it made some grinding but I didn't worry about it too much until it started to get loose and wouldn't tighten back up, by then I had a King headset and put that on and haven't had any trouble since.
here's a couple pics of mine:

That bike is sweet! Definetly put a chainstay protector on it though. The non-color does give it a cool look.

Do the ECHO headsets have caged ball bearings? If so, is it possible you put one or both of the cages in upside down so that the cages rub on the bearing races? I did this once by mistake.

how does it ride compared to 06 model (which geo is the best ever imo:D)?? How is the new louise? It's matt silver, or 'badly polished'?? As it's hard to recognize what color is it. (it's like cranks color?)
