New poll - how old were you when you started riding trials seriously, how long have been riding, how old are you now (adding Q1 and Q2 should equal Q3).

Hmm, well it looks like I misunderstood. I thought it was going to let me post 3 polls in one thread. Apparently not.

Plus, I should have made it "Less than 20", "21 to 30", and "Over 31".

Current score: 68 responses, 22 teenagers, 34 in their 20s, 8 in their 30s, 4 in their 40s. (margin of error +/- a few since I went through them rather quickly).

In a couple weeks, when my bike arrives from Trialsin (see the Best of Everything thread), I will add my name to the list and set the new high water mark for age.

I started mtb'ing in 1999. Started hopping my back wheel around switchbacks a year ago, then started hopping the whole bike. I started trials about a month ago with a Simtra from Tim at TrialsIn. 46 years old.

Started messing with trials stuff after seeing Hans Rey's "Level Vibes" when I was 11 or 12. Raced XC for years... then got my first real trials bike at 18. Now I'm 24, going on 25. And I still suck.
