Stem for Bt 6

Ok i have Bt raven 6 and im going to buy a try-all stem but i don't know that should i buy shorter or longer try-all stem?And my Bt is short.Im about 170cm.

I ran a high rise stem on my 6.0 140x35 and a 90x10 with a large spacer under it. I liked the 90x10 with a spacer as then you could actually put your front wheel onto things without being immediately hitting the bars.
