New to trials. Never heard of this name before. Guy says $250 shipped. Seems a bit cheap. However, theres a bad name in the background of the first pic. 2nd, there are 3 bikes showing. Should I beware? Or, am I being too cautious?

I would say look for a used bike on this forum for a little bit more than what they are selling. Plus it would be better quality.

The bike in question is no longer sold by the company that made them.

Buy it if you like replacing parts.

If you want a real bike look on this forum.

Im surprised no one has mentioned that the stock bike has 17.5" chain stays yet. Apparently it was a "miscommunication" between the fabricators and the designer. My conspiracy theory is that Steven Madeder just wanted beginner trials rider to experience the true hardships of old school trials.

Yes but of course; "miscommunication". Cretins over there at Tank, or whatever they call it these days.

:slap:

But then again, look at the pic below... looks like a' Tank!
Frame has cracked twice in the rear triangle, not a single part is stock. And the frame has been re-welded, and is actually at the weld shop for another today.

In this pic, if you look close on the left side of the tire, you can see the bead, also the bash guard I welded to the frame, after I busted off the bolt head, and couldnt get it out for the life of me. Ugly yes, but will have to do for now.

it'd be worth it for 100 if you really just wanted try trials out a little bit. Other than that not worth it.

if you can get that thing for $100 do it. but they are cheap and you'll want a new frame in less than a year.
