How do I measure my bb height?

take string or something to make a reference line from center of rear axle to center of front axle. then from that line measure perpendicularly up to the center of the bottom bracket. That is it. ... well to measure bottom bracket rise like +20cm or whatever

I think you can figure out how to measure the total bottom bracket height. or clearance.

measure from the ground to your bb and measure from ground to your axle. subtract. pretty easy
