Ok, I fucking hate what ever pads i have, They dont stop worth shit, iv already hit my tailbone 2 times really hard and just now i sliped onto my back and hit my head because my brakes dont hold.

Im looking at webcyclery, because they are close and have over night shipping, what are the best magura style pads? btw my rim has a grind on it.

Are the echo or zoo any good? They are out of the crm's and dont have heatsinks.

Echo reds.

They work really really good in wet and dry conditions. There are reviews on here somewhere. Price is good too.

I'm using these with a box-cutter-scored rim (same setup as you?). It works really well for me. But like I said in your other post, really try to clean your rim, maybe with dishsoap and water.

clean your rim, maybe with simple green.

Dishsoap and water will do a better job of cleaning oils and grease. But Simple Green is another option. Most people have dishsoap lying around, but not always Simple Green. It would be a quick fix to see if the rim was contaminated. Seeing as how he's been kinda lazy about trying out our suggestions, I thought this would be an easy one he has no way out of. :D
