I am getting cnc backings and want to put koxx pads in or some other ones into them, i have tried boiling them but still cant get them off, any ideas?

A screw driver or something similar will help to break the bond after boiling the pads.

I tried that i ended up stabing my finger:dunno: still couldnt get it off
maybe you should gingerly grind and file the plastic backings
tell me if it works, i will need my coust pad later too :)
boiling didnt worked for me neither...

I don't see why not about baking, might as well try. I've baked my headlights to soften the adhesive in the past at 250 for 4 minutes.

I used to boil pads in water for 5mins. Others have since recommended baking them in the oven at temps below 160deg C. I must have removed hundreds from their backings using the boiling technique. After boiling them I would need to use my teeth to pull the pads out.
Many pads I can tear out of their backings with my teeth without any pre-treatment!
