My friend has bought a 221pr 2007 (i think is one of the first...). It doesn't have a eagle claw bash, but eagle claw tyres and front and rear marta. The fork has only disc mount...

looks very similair to the 2006 221 TI, i was planning on buying one of those but if this is one alot cheaper i might consider getting this one.
never seen the 2007 version of the 221 pr for sale anywhere tho, how much was it?
And have you ever ridden a 221 TI? if so how is it compared to the PR?
sorry for all the questions, just very interested because im really in need of a new bike

Very nice, I never use to like monty's but now ive seen more they are really nice. Ive seen many begginers on these bikes and it is like £1000+

The new 07 221pr is $1175 @ Trialsin, but he's not sure when they will be in.

yea but i guess the 2007 model will be more expensive

The new 07 221pr is $1175 @ Trialsin, but he's not sure when they will be in. but all the montys are way more expensive in other country's than spain(the 221 TI was €2600 in england and €1600 in spain)
so i was wondering what the spanish price was

The pr has marta and the ti has hope (the 2006 ti had marta).
The price of the pr in spain is about 950€, but i'm not sure. I don't know what would be the price in your country...

the price in my country doesnt matter really since there is a monty ditributor which can get it from spain :)

and tell us how it rides when you've gotten a decent ride on it :)
