I'm back on my bike after a long pause.
my best friend (http://welovedirk.prophp.org) died on me this summer. since he's the one who got me back on my bike after a 10 year pause due to a downhill accident, i found it very hard to motivate myself over the summer.
it's been three weeks of riding alone in my city now and my power and motivation is slowly returning.
the last few days have been amazing. i went riding with former polish champ Voytec (forgot his last name) and learned a whole lot. today we just met for coffee and chat. walking through the city where i usually ride alone, who do we see doing a demo..... the former world and German champ andi kromer (http://www.andikromer.de) doing a demo. after talking to him for a minute or two... that was just the push i needed. wow this guy is 39 and still at it!
i guess someone doesn't want me to quit cause believe me i thought about once or twice.
hope to cut a video this autumn. made a quantum leap compared to last year.
