Hey i was just wondering what better for starting on mod a monty becasue the bb is lower or a echo which is a little more pro?

Doesn't matter if you've never ridden trials before. Until you get good enough to take advantage of the different geometry (even simple things like BB height and longer wheelbase), it's all going to be the same. I say good enough as in, comfy on your back wheel, and being able to pedal-up/sidehop consistently.
That said, a bike with a lower BB will be easier to balance on as you have a lower center of gravity. But if you've never done trials before, both have "trials geometry" and neither will hold you back more than the other until later on down the road...and even then, it won't hold you back much...

one aspest to consider of monty is that you can purchase a whole bike without much difficulty. At least in Canada this is the case, while echo and zoo generally are easier to find in pieces unless purchased used.

Depends, but for a starter bike youl'l get a monty cheaper. It probobly won't be as stong as an echo.
What's your budget? Thought about an onza T-pro?
