Same brake pads

SOrry to make so many threads im just getting my bike sorted out for my birthday ;)

yoyo. Ive orderd a avid digital 7 arm and it came with both left pads can I still use both of them??? one pad has to face the oposite direction. On the pad it says "forward>" but I have I have to make it face the other way :S

If they're the cartridge rim wrangler 2 pads that come stock with all their brake calipers, you probably shouldn't use them for trials anyways, because the braking forces break the backings/pin.

If they're just regular pads, you could use them, but with decreased performance. However, if they are those that have a longer tail end, don't bother. Get some new pads. Black pads suck for trials anyways.

EDIT: Why don't you just try it out and see if it works or not? If it stops you, you can use them, if it doesn't, you can't. Simple, really.

F that, won't it cost you more in time and shipping than to just get a set of pads from a bike shop? you shouldn't have to be out the time and shipping expense for their mistake. have them just send you out a right pad..

Avid is usually really good about stuff like that. I managed to snap a small part on my Avid Ultimates, and they sent my LBS and ENTIRE new caliper set express shipping for free.
