I searched the forum and it seems that both middleburns and bonz cranks are bullit proof, the questions I have are: what is the diameter of the bonz bashring?middleburns?middleburn super pro bashring(16tooth)? I like the idea of more ground clearance from the super pro bashring, but just how much more is it. Also are Zoo cranks with a thread on cog worth looking at or do they not deserve to be put in the same sentence as Bonz and Middleburn. I would like something that I can slam over and over again and not have to worry about, and cranks are something I will never cheap out on again(pile of warrantied arms). Thanks in advance

Unless you can find out what alloy the zoo cranks are made from (likely NOT an aerospace grade like bonz and/or middleburn), I would avoid them. If you want to slam, it's the material that will make the difference. And aerospace grade aluminum is much stronger (and more expensive) than utility grade. So, unless the zoo's are made from 7075, they're not in the same sentence as middleburn.
tartybikes seems to think that the zoo's are made from 6061 (which is not a strong aluminum alloy), so the zoo's are not in the same sentence
