James Barton and Trevor Bodogh do the riding in this video shot on May 7.

It's 100 megs and about 6 and half minutes.

Encoded in XviD and AC-3, you can get both in the K-Lite Codec Pack.

As always, compliments and criticisms are welcome. Enjoy!

ac-3.. word. does that mean its 5.1 surround??

imagine trials in THX.. I'm glad there's alot more trials footage coming out of canada right now, its inspiring, so I bought a DV cam. unfortunately that leaves no money for a road trip to bash.

edit - that was a sick vid..

lol, no i didn't encode 6 channels, just the regular two (although i could get away with one). THX Trials would definitely be wack. my mp3 encoding is shit for some reason so i had to use ac-3. Glad you liked it.

I tried 6 channel audio on my last solo music project.. but had so much trouble with the VST Dolby encoder.. all the .ace files played as static in any machine.. so I gave up. but I've always though of it as a bitchin idea..

have you configured your .mp3 encoder (which one are you using?)

I tried Lame MP3 first and then Radium, both didn't work in Sony Vegas but work in other programs. I searched the net and I read that Vegas just didn't like lame but that radium should have worked. Eventually I couldn't waste any more time and get the video out.

For Lame it says "Couldn't find codec" or something similar when I try to render the movie. For Radium, it just changed the encoder to LAME every time I went to another tab. Quite vexing. I might have better luck with uninstalling one or the other, or by exporting the movie without any compression and then compressing it using another program. I'll try to figure it out but AC-3 works well enough for now.

What kind of configuration do you mean?

you answered my question pretty much. ac-3 is fine, most people have it now, and if not they should get it.
