Uhh just because its painted doesnt mean its stolen. Someone maybe painted it because they didnt like the original colour?

Usually someone color oriented doesn't do such a shitty job of rattlecanning it.

From my experience at the shop I work at, when people spray something that shitty, everything gets sprayed, and I mean everything. 1/4" thick paint on frame, bars, nuts, bolts, and especially the chain and freewheel. Gives everything that smooth look.

if it was stolen they wouldn't spray it if it was getting sold on ebay... they would probably paint it if they didn't plan on getting rid of it... or is that probably not right
