Help w fixed cog (again)

This time i wonder how i mount a fixed cog. should problay have this in the previous thread but...then noone will look at it.

Any suggestions?

Just thread it on with your hands. It will tighten itself as soon as you pedal.

grease it first. Dude seriously, why didn't anybody mention grease. Oh shit you went and did it without grease. Good luck getting it off now.
