hi, going to buy me a new set of tires..

Going to buy the larsen TT for the front, a little unsure about which rear tire I should buy... Since I'm going to use a BT 5.0 I wont be able to use bigger tires than 2.35 or 2.4.

So, will the Maxxis Hansventure 2.35 do the job? How do these tires compare with highrollers and minions? Hansventure tires has pretty good sidewalls, I beleive it dual ply...

Feedback is appreciated! : )

Thanks,
Sondre

I use a larson tt on the front, its very nice actually :) nice round profile (which I like for the front) grips VERY well on rocks and concrete, doesnt like sand or mud much though.

I also use a hansventure on the rear, its a bit lighter than other maxxis tyres of the same build, but so far the puncture resistance seems as good as any other dual ply in the range. They also grip very well, I havnt tried them in the mud yet, I suspect they would block up in thicker stuff, but who knows? dry weather performance is very good though!

Are you going urban or natural, and what conditions are you riding most often? I've been trying a Holy Roller (2.4) in the rear for urban riding and it has been holding up well in that arena.

besides anti-pinch the larsen might be a good choice....
dont know how hard of a rider u are

i am not the koxx fan but the tryAll stickies are VERY reliable and actually stick.

Nice, I'll buy these two tires then!

Anyway, I'm not going to buy try-all tires because of my frame.. It can only handle 2.5 tires if I use a ûber thin rim :(

Run the larsen TT the opposite direction of the arrow. Works soooooo much nicer.
