Ahoy,
I've got a picture here of a freewheel that has pretty much snapped off 4 teeth (as one piece) off the freewheel, now i don't know how this had happen but just from regular pedaling (just travelling type of pedalling)
I was surprised that this could even snap off like that! though, these Dicta's are pretty nasty stuff though (i've got another one that's cracked straight through the threads, so if you were to screw it onto a hub, it'll cross thread the hub) These Freewheels pretty much come with the Raceline Rhino bikes:Sonic:

Exactly the same thing happened to me, ACS 18, broken into 4 parts, just like the picture. Pooooooooor ..
Try-All Freewheel must be the solution. Ibought one, and that's really gr8 !
Nothin' else to say about it, only 2 weeks I have it

done that pleanty of times to freewheels, even to acs...i think that maybe doing alot of grinds (back in my bmx days) may have stuffed it.

that happened to the dicta on my raceline rhino as well many years ago - at the national trials round at blue range. Ben Benny was riding a Vario and the Pierce brothers owning 20" category. Talon Weaving was an itty-bitty kid on an X-hydra!
anyway, I have a 16t freewheel you can have if you like, also a dicta, but for 1/8" chain so the material on the driver is much thicker.

Yeah the one i just bought:Sonic:
Though, i wouldn't want an ACS as i've already own an ENO on the adamant haha
The Raceline Rhino is like an X-hydra but much more indestructable....so why bother the upgrade:dunno: Though, i've upgraded it to an ACS that i had lying around....can't believe the Rhino has more Engagement Points than my Aorta!!! (i'm using a random Shimano that has 16clicks) boy....what an upgrade from my Adamant A1
