1065 BT RAVen 6.0, BT F5 fork (180 mm steer), BT high rise stem 145x35. (oversized)
I am thinking $60 for the fork, $30 for the stem and $130 for the frame.
The frame is so cheap because the right brake boss cracked and had to be rewelded. I rode it a few times and it was fine. I think as long as a stiff booster is used there should be no problem.
If you get the framset as a whole then you need a low rise headset as something like pig headset leaves too little room for the stem to clamp the fork.

The downtube has no dents and just very small scratches

The yoke has has a small scratch and some paint missing. I ran a rubber hose as protector and that caused the paint to peel but prevented further scratches.

The "repair" the welder put a lot of material on the boss. Looks pretty ugly but I was told it should hold pretty well.

The welder tried to remove some of the excess material and nicked the stay with a grinder :(
