Anyone tried an Aorta mod yet?

I'm looking for a mod and I really like the Aorta. Has anyone tried one yet, specifically somone around my height (6')? Wb seems pretty short at 1010 but I tried a 1000 GU mod the other day and it was pretty comfortable.

I just got it built up the other day and it rides well. It feels great on the rear wheel and its very snappy as well.I'm almost 6'3" and it feels pretty good to me and the price is very fair.

i have one on order with donkay over here in aus...well he has it, i just dont have the money yet :P
don rides one and i have had a few goes on it now, and it feels really nice.
even though it has a +60 bb rise i found it weird that you can hardly feel it, but thats fine.
so yeh, they feel good to ride and look even better IMO.

Yeah i really like the feel of the Aorta Mod:)

Feels sooo good, i ride soo much better that, i even sold My Adamant over it:run: (the Adamant even had tonnes better 'branded' parts too needles to say)

don, not only did the adamant have better branded parts on it they actually did their job...parts such as your bash ring...lol
bending steel chain rings held on by 1 bolt on the spider FTW!!! hehehe

chais feels so ill. one of the best mods around, although GU is +60 bb aswell, which i think is main reason it feels so nice. so thats something to look into, if they're cheaper. i don't even know if they are:dunno:

Ok, I just got mine today. Right now I have a try-all 122.5mm bb. Does Anyone know if this will work with a bashring? Or do I need to buy a 127.5mm? that would really be a piss-off. What bashring are ppl using with theirs?

you need a longer BB.

chai has an echo bash. you should be okay with that BB, maybe just some spacers

well the bb seem to be a function on the cranks that you are running. on my ECHO team mod i had to run a 118mm bb and even that is a little on the wide side
