dang .. I installed the latest ubuntu linux on my laptop (which I have right now at work), and its not likin the wmv's..its all choppy.. so I'll have to wait till I get home and watch it on my windows desktop..

on a side note, if anyone knows how to make wmv's work well and not skip in linux, pm me..

thanks for the suggestion.. however I know a little more than to not use vlc (hah, its already my default player), and I've tried totum's media player, as well as mplayer, and gxine media player.. they play, but its choppy, and jumps from say 0:35 to 3:45, back to 0:04, all over.. in all of the players.. maybe linux is doomed for running wmv's..

however, I did just download it to my windows comp.. so I'mma go watch..
