hey guys i have an hs33 brake in the back, on a unground rim and its not making the same "rim brake" sound as it was before, and the brakes are definately not as strong as before. The pads are relatively paralell to the rim, but one side is closer to the other, any suggestions?

Were you running a ground rim before and then switch to a non-ground rim?

Clean the rim with a degreaser or something, and maybe the pads too. That's helped me on occasion.

Or just grind/tar. It's easier than cleaning, and works better.
