Hey all, ordered 4 extra copies of the Trial Noir DVD for here in the US. I figured it'd be cheaper for everyone to buy a few and spread out the cost of int'l shipping.

After the exchange rate its around $20 USD. How about $24 shipped anywhere in the US? PM me if you're interested.

Note: They haven't arrived yet but should be here this week. I'm heading out to Cali for 10 days on July 7th (next friday), so if you want it shipped by Thursday night, I'd need to get paypaled by then. PM me if you want one!

Its a fucking amazing video. Forget all you saw in the teasers. Some of it I don't even know where it went. If you are into Akrigg his section is amazing. I bought the video solely for his section and wasn't disappointed. The trialsy trials riding is pretty much the same old stuff you see everywhere. Its big stuff tho. There are a couple cool things from the trials dude I was into tho. I would have prefered no moto trials and none of that freeride or whatever dude too...but o well.

If you are a fan of Akrigg or that type of riding you will be stoked. Best video out there. If you like to watch Vincent or whoever you may want your money back.

the moto was alright, it's something different. chris smith is a really good rider but his section seemed pretty average (the freerider guy). martyn's section was rad. akkers is bananas. between martyn and akrigg, the video is worth buying. if you cant appreciate their sections then you should quit riding trials.

Ya I wasn't trying to say it was necessarily bad, but because I bought the video for the Akrigg style riding I just didn't care for it. I would have prefered even a more grass roots Akrigg type rider or even another pure trials rider over it.

The bonus riding is pretty good as well.

i didnt really want to put it this way but i think smith's section was weak. considering how good he is, i wasnt wild about much of the footage that he had in the vid.

The Ashton and Akrigg sections were just totally inspiring! I'm now making an effort to be much more inventive in my riding.... not just going for big moves one at a time... I'm having a lot more fun on my bike now + i put some Monkey Lite carbon DH bars on my bike :)
Moto was alright, but i have seen a lot better in other vids.

I agree chris smith's section was very weak.... didn't fit in with the callibre of riding in the vid at all....
It was definitely the riding that made the vid, the actual filming isnt that great but you really dont notice that when your watching akkers or ashton.

Worth EVERY cent.

Peace

p.s. i think toby is the ducks guts

got mine a few days ago, thanks!

Akrigg's section, plus his archive footage make it worth the money alone!

Thanks again. I enjoyed it. Wish I could watch it on my DVD player though. Doesn't recognize. Computer only for now.

Good riding though.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but its not bad on a computer...or if you're really high tech, just get a cable (s video?) to hook your laptop up to your tv and problem solved.

Two copies left, $20 shipped!!!

just got my copy yesterday and really love it, the Ashton and Akrigg sections were amazing, some seriously inspiring and original riding, I also didn't mind the free ride part and the moto trials part, makes for a well rounded DVD, I can totally recommend it, well worth the price
