trouble gettin ahold of trialsinusa

has anyone aside from me been having problems trying to get ahold of trialsinusa? i have called them several times in the last week and all i get is an answering maching. and its not like i am callin at weird hours...im callin at like 2 in the afternoon. and then thismorning i got a message when i called saying that the voicemail had been deactivated. what is up with this?
