I'm a plus-size gentleman as well, but since i'm still a noob, i'm terrified to go downtown and try to find the other trialdelphians to ride with. so i don't have any pics...:wtc:

no i havent fallen and hit my head. i already said in my first post i should have been wearing a helmet. i just forgot to snag it when i left and didnt have time to run home and get it cuz my bro taken the photos was on a time crunch. and honestly im not too afraid of hittin my head on this stuff to tell u the truth. these are the same ledges i used to ride on my BMX bike before i did trials and never wore a helmet nor hit my head around these ledges...but i will wear one

i learned how to get on the back wheel a little last semester..but i was away at college and only came back to my parents where my bike was every couple months so its like i would learn...and forget and learn again and forget...but then i got my python about a week and a half ago. so maybe im sandbaggin the time...but i dunno...i think im doing pretty good for however long its been...i have those "aha i get it now" moments almost daily. its nice last night i got to the point where i convinced myself that if i just give it a little pedal kick ill be ok gettin off the ledge. i used to just chicken out lol

Thats cool. You are going to be a freaky trials rider.

Its amazing that you are on the backwheel after just a few weeks.

Have you been riding any other kind of bike sport ?

im 5'8 225lbs...just a chunk of muscle. and for whoever asked about riding before. i rode BMX street stuff for ever and didnt ever do anything except bunny hop huge ledges and drop bigger ones. i think i dropped a 6 foot ledge once. then i rode mountain for a while but finally got into trials. i love it its a lot more rewarding for me and fits into my skill set a little bit better. i wish i could get some people to ride with. there is one guy in my city that i know of that rides...and hes fluked out on me a few times so its not even worth being jerked around on that. i have some BMX buddies i might start riding with just so im not always alone u know. buy yeah...big guys are usually too lazy to do stuff but im glad to see others like me. im a trials rider/ rock climbing. two things where 90% of the people i am with weight about nothing.

this is kinda off topic...but have any big guys had any probs with sertin gear not olding up? drive train stuff. and then the front end...my front end seems kinda flexy and i dont know if just my tire preasure, 22psi, or if something about to break. for future ref...anyone know of some good stiff bars and fork for a mod?
