your front wheel is too low.. so you have to hop forward alot to keep balance.. you should have enough confidence in your brakes to be able to go further back.. that way you dont need to hop forward to keep your balance!

just try it a few times and see how upright you can go before you start to fall backwards (then jump off backwards)

once you get it you progress quickely

just on a completely seperate note, you've been here posting for like 8 months now, how is it possible you cant hop on your rear wheel yet? im not good, hell im not even a solid sport rider, but realistically thats insanely slow progress! ride more, crossfade less, it'll help :p

people aon this site are always saying it is very helpfull to video yourself to learn how to progress.. I saw that and although this thread isnt about his riding, I though i would mention it so he could read it and think about it himself
