I wanted proper suggestions not someone’s fantasy!
He was giving you shit because of your spelling.
I dont think its really financially viable though, other bikes sure, trials stuff costs too much, and there isnt a whole lot you can refurbish.

What was wrong with my spelling my dad is very rich and he has to pay for it all. Court said he had to seen as he battered me since I was 6 years old!!
Fought and fink should have been "thought" and "think".
Im going to just leave this alone a bit I think.

Your idea might work for beginners if you can sell them at the right price point. I think theyd be better off with a refurbished older trials frame with decent components over a Tank or Veritas (those are one in the same, right?).
But I dont think it will work for experienced riders who are more interested in the latest geometry and technology. Unless theyre an experienced rider who just loves to have an arsenal of trials bikes.

If you want to "do them up" for your own personal enjoyment, than more power to you. However, if you doing this as a form of generating income you may want to reconsider. A new trials bike with current components and geo is expensive enough. I dont see many people wanting to purchase older one's except for nastalgia and they need to be at a cheap price at that rate. As for your spelling and grammar its pretty bad and your post make you seem like a teenage "FOB".

yes. Does this guy even have any mechanical aptitude?
Be ready for a very rewarding nightmare learning about the quirks of old bikes if you decide to try it. French threading, 49, 81, 151, 144, 135, 130, 110, 104, 94, 74, 64, 58, Metric-Imperial fusions of fasteners, WHAT THE FUCK DOES THIS BRAZE-ON DO ?! "schwinn approved", Mexican Cinellis? 22.2, 25.4, 25.8, 26.0, 26.4, 28.6, 31.8, 38.1, biopace, dura-ace 10, JIS, ISO, JISO, 42 +/- 1mm, Christophe, Binda, KKT, MKS, 65-42, Sturmey-Archer, 22.2, 22.0. that's exactly what I said!
I now have a raleigh with unavailable-for-40-years 26tpi BB threading. I'm being very careful with the cups.

BahahhaLMFAO...
:greddy2:
I think more like Queen.
Older bikes can be a hassle, where I work we have had a rebrith of old Bridgestones as of late for tune ups and rebuilds. People must be pullin' them out of the shed thinking threy're going to be saving gas. Most of them should spend the money on gas and save the money on all the fast food they eat. Also a couple cool Kabukis and some other odd Sekais and regular 70's garbage bikes that havent got any better in the 20 years of shed life they acumulated. Damn gas prices.
Oh and his dad is'nt rich with money, he's rich with fryin pans!?.....
if you wanted to do something like that, you would be better off ordering from those custom frame builders, and getting all the parts and stuff..
putting together the bikes with a discount for buying in bulk (or become a "dealer" yourself and get dealer rates on items):dunno:
