Soo, I wondered.... How about the KMC Kool SuperLite chain, is there anyone who has tried this one? Whats your thoughts about this shizzle?

If you want to get your faced raped, get the light KMC.
I personally would want a chain without some extra weakpoints, but each to their own.
A regular 3/32" mtb chain is probably stronger than this KMC....

Hollow pins sound weak...

I don't know, maybe wipperman? Are they good? Never tried them but they look nice.

I had a hollow pin XTR (I think??) chain a year or two ago...it was insanely strong.

the dura-ace/xtr chain is supposed to be fairly strong for a 9 speed chain. I just use the regular koolchain (KMC 810 model). I quite like Wippermans (Wippermen?) as well, I've never broken one. They have taller side plates which are a fair bit stronger and stiffer, but consequently they don't shift quite as fast (who cares).

If it gets the job done, why would you hate it? And how can you really love a chain? It either does it's job (the sole purpose for it's existence) or it doesn't - and if correctly installed should then be hated. I don't really get it. A chain is a chain is a chain. If you break one, get a stronger one next time or just replace sooner.

Damn, I cant find the f***ing K810 chain.. The distributor in Norway doesnt have them, and I cant be bothered ordering one from England!

But I can get the Z510HX chain though, thats a good chain? The pins are 9,4mm wide on a 1/8" chain so it should be pretty decent?

Why not buy from englnad? I bought mine at tartybikes with paypal and it took 1 week for the damn chain to come to the postoffice in my town, no problems at all. so buy one at tartybikes now =P
