disc hubs cheap

I was searching the web for info on my front hub and came across this deal:
14.95 for a Real front disc(6 bolt) hub, 32 hole, no skewer incl. at www.icyclesusa.com (http://www.icyclesusa.com)
my bearings are on their way out after 4 or so years and i was gonna replace them, but it might be easier to lace up a new one.

I see this hub on eBay a lot but I'm assuming the quality isn't as good?

i know a guy who ran one for a few years on trials and its still going strong on..

how much do you need from a front hub? if youre looking for one, i would say go for it..
