Any of the above. If you want to run rear disc, then get the ISO. Otherwise, the classic is fine.

The nice thing about the ISO is you can run one of these http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/showthread.php?t=19349 if you suck like me and are prone to damaging your hub when missing side-hops. Also maybe better re-sale value.

I wish I had gotten an ISO.

get the ISO. A King hub will follow you from bike to bike and who knows, one of those bikes might have a rear disc in the future. It's not much heavier and theoretically at least, it builds a stiffer wheel. Don't get the universal disc.

Also, there's a chance you may want to put your king onto some OTHER bike someday, so having the disc option is good.

ditto. I almost bought a classic, but was advised to pay the extra 30 for a disc mount just like tomac is saying now. Boy is he right. I tacoed my FR bikes' wheel once, and swapped in the king wheel so I could still ride. Worked like a dream. For that much money, make it last as long as possible because these hubs last very well:)

I don't know why to avoid the universal disc, though???

because it uses adapters to give it all sorts of disc mounts. Given that there is nothing on the market now which doesn't bolt onto an ISO mount, only technically inferior products in mtb history, there is no need to have the extra weight and complexity and crap.
