It is worthwhile to buy a jack flash frame for street-trials riding?
What the disadvantages and the advantages of this frame?

Advantages and disadvantages are relative. It's a decent frame, imo. It really depends how street you're leaning.

Personally I think the stays are a tad on the long side. That being said my friend used to have one and it rode pretty damn nicely. Like Acolyte said, it leans more toward street than trials. If you can find one Zebdi's are damn nice for street trials (I have one).

Yeah i think its a pretty good bike
i use it on everything
i just got a new set up on it and i works pretty well

Theres a really expensive(around $1400) one on Ebay right now. Not that I would recommend paying that much for a used bike, but worth checking out.

I want the bike only for trials riding, at the street.
I can to buy the frame 333$ (second-hand) 2003 model. The seller of the frame rode only technical street (not trials).
Or to invest more and buy new Planet-X alibongo frame...

id say go with a alibongo/ghost/zebdi they would be much better specially if your not into anythin gbut trials...I view the jackflash as a more do absolutly everything bike...
I wouldn't drop that kinda money on it for pure trials use...
