Anyone for podcasting?

Video podcasting is fairly new and there are several mountain bike casts available. For anyone unfamiliar, podcasts are free audio and video shows available through podcast directories, such as Apple's Itunes application or online directories. Basically, there's genre categories such as sport, comedy etc, you pick individual episodes or subscibe to a provider (feed) and Happy Days - free stuff.
