I am in the process of planning lines for a comp in April. I was thinking of a few balance lines, 4x4 beams at 90 degree with a drop at the end, but I am unsure if that would be acceptable as a sport line. Any help is appreciated.
a good rule of thumb for sport lines is that yo ushould not have any moves htat force the rider to go to rear. throwing one move in a section that forces a rider to go to rear for the last move or somthing is always a fun way to make the sport line a little more chellenging. just my two cents

it depends on how high off the ground you are setting it up. pro riders will be able to hadle 4x4s without a problem.
usually sport sections are made more for rolling up and down objects. i actually have never seen a very tricky balance line in a sport section. i wouldnt start making riders turn 90 degrees on 4x4's higher up off the ground until you get into the expert class...

I agree with elan. Nothing over knee high, and no 'required' rear wheel moves.
