Could be a few things...
Cranks incompatible with frame
Cranks bent
Cranks flexing (I had a really crappy pair of cranks that would flex enough to scrape the chainstay)

i doubt its the imcompatible, or flexing....
either your cranks are bent really badly, or your bottom bracket is too narrow. how close to your bb shell is your crankarm? if there isnt some space in there you might need to get a wider bb with a longer spindle....

If both arms hit then you probably need a wider bb.

My money is on wider bb. What frame and what bb do you have now?

I have an onza t-vee only the one crank hits it it could be the bottom bracket. But i need to get it sorted cos ive only just started trials and i can almost trial hop but because of the crank its alot harder. The BB is the old onza t-vee 2003 one.
