what do you think of this bike that i've designed.it's something like future trials bike.the geo is something like:WB 1080,BB+30,chainstay:dunno:,becouse it's with dropouts but something like 380/385.the rear rim is something like 25" or 24"inside diameter but the tyre's outside diameter is still 26".something like mod's rear rim.dual disk and bash plate.the design predisposes a place for sitting.i tried to do the design like motorcycle trials bike.comments please.:)

Cool pic, I dont really see anything too new. But cool nonetheless.

I Like - Dual Disc, Horozontal Dropout, 380/385 Chainstay Length

I Don't Like - Weird size rear wheel (tyre choice gets slim), stick to 26
Mod style bash (no need for it)

Other than that, looks pretty cool, stem needs to be higher....

hmmm, the handelbar is to low for that high bb, about 6-7 + bb, and the wheel base is kind of short, and i don't like the disc front, back, i rather use magura, in rest nice drawing...

I like the way the top tube extends over the rear tyre and protects the cross over line for the magura..

That piece looks more like an ass-stabber than a cross-over shield. Especially considering it has disc mounts. But whateva. :eek3danc:

i think you may have a problem with a horizontal drop out and a disc brake. if the rear wheel is'nt straight the disc will grind all time on the brake. i mean you need a definit point for the mount of the wheel and the brake.
(sorry for bad english)

That is completely false. There are tons of bike with horizontal dropouts that accept disc brakes.

That idea appears to work pretty well, if you want a moto-style seat?

yeah great drawing, but the frames are already out there. Put your time towards something new, parts or frames... but that pic looks exactly like a vinco.

Peace

honestly, other then geo (estimated) and tubes its quite different. dual disk, horizontal dropouts, bashplate..... that ass stabbing thing....

not necsarily great, but def. different.
