... wait and buy a crank puller.
:D
You COULD use a gear puller, but that costs more. There are other rigged ways, but I would just wait till tomorrow and buy a crank puller.
or a sledgehammer. peter gabriel knows.

Yeah i was gonna say, sledgehammers are metal blocks :run:
Anyways im just gonna wait until tomorrow and head over to my shop to get it off. Then ill take the freewheel off. Quick question, for those 2 holes in the freewheel to take it apart, do you need the tool or can you use a coathanger for instants.

if you are going to the bike shop just do it all at once. makes it a bit easier. besides they may be confused by your bike and call you crazy which is always fun.

Yep, I had to do that with one of my cranks I stripped the thread instead the crank extractor area...erm...for... But yeah, tried hammering and so on to get them off, but they were mad-tight on. Riding was the only thing that worked.
Time after that, the only thing that worked was an angle grinder.
You win some, you lose some.

You could thread something into the bb that would stick out past the crank (and not hold it on) and hammer downwards while holding the bike off the ground...this would drive the bb away from the crank...this is one method for removing profile BMX cranks.
It is definitely a lot easier to go to a bike shop and use their crank puller for free or buy one for $12.
there is a wedge shaped tool that some bike shops (including mine) use. Maybe you could improvise it. basically a wedge shaped piece is put in between the arm and the BB shell and as you hammer it, the wedge spreads the gap between the arm and BB, pulling off the arm.

Yup. I've done that one before. A 2x4 thats about a foot long under the crankarm works well to hold the bike off the ground.
