Yes, uci. :momaru: To tell you the true, in 2004 everybody could take part in comps without six speed or any licence (and at any age in any categories) . So the rules were uci, but no one cared.

That are exactly the UCI rules I would like to see!

No license, No age limit, no six speed shit, but no use of bashring or plate or pedal allowed. That would be perfect for me.
