Hi,
I'm just tweaking some CAD for my over due combined Mod and Vee booster (two sets of slots each side to allow 4 bolt mounting, only use the lower ones for Vees)
One thing I wanted to check to be thorough was the design shape against the XTR carbon. Now that these are discontinued it would be excellent if I could ensure this new booster is one that people who may have previously gone for the XTR will find that this Heatsink booster fits their set-up, does a great job stiffness wise, and also has the required pimp factor from the careful CNC work.
I'd be really grateful if an owner of an XTR booster could measure the standard fitment range it has (to nearest mm), bolt hole distances max and min that it can fit. Also, I'd love to know the distance from a line that runs across through both of the holes up to the highest position of the inner arch. Finally, armed with this dimension, I'd like someone to scan the booster in when laid face flat to the bed, and send me the image so I can scale it's shape from the reference dimension and compare it against my CAD.
If someone was able to whip their booster off and help me out with this then I will be eternally grateful because it will enable my new booster to be as good as it's possible for it to be.
Thanks in advance,
Steve
