depends on gear ratio. I don't think I've ever broken a trials chain, 3/32" koolchain, 22/19 gear, I replace my chain more often than I ride (almost).

just replace it more often. Everything breaks eventually, 1.5 tons of strength or not. Whats a wipperman connex go for? $50?
i have that 1g8 in my drawer, its so huge. rol with a kmc koool, replace it when the rollers start to break or wear.

uhm...but always I broke part of chain..... I dont broke rollers
derf. change the chain when the rollers are starting to wear out. they are you wear indicators per se.

burns cant fit a huge ass chain:wtc:
Throw a washer under the chainring and suddenly it will fit.
