first, is that a 3 cross patern?3601
second, i am rebuilding my front wheel, alex dm-24(drilled side walls) with a 32 holes wtb speed xc disc hub(128g), but i dont know witch patern and witch spokes i should use.
im thinking of 3 cross maybe 2 cross, 1.8/1.6/1.8 dt comp spokes and 12mm alu nipples both sides. i dont think its a good idea to use 2 cross with a front disc wheel, but with 3 cross??
for the rear: echo 38mm rim, echo hub, 3 cross(both sides), dt 2.0/1.8/2.0, 12mm alu nipples.
maybe 3 x on disc and drive side and 2 x on the other side??

yes it's a 3 cross pattern.
yes 1.8/1.6/1.8 spokes will be fine on the front, however you may need to fit spoke washers at the hub as most hubs are designed to take 2.0mm spokes. Also you may find it hard to get nipples in that gauge. I would suggest the DT revolution 2.0/1.5/2.0 spoke which is not much heavier than the narrower ones but more available and doesn't require washers or strange nipples. Alloy nipples are fine on the front wheel. Make sure you use a builder who knows what they are doing. Revolution spokes are very finicky to build with for amateurs. 3x disc side, 2x or 3x non-disc side.
for the rear, the DT competition 2.0/1.8/2.0 spoke is perfect, use brass nipples. 3x drive side, 2x or 3x non-drive side on the rear.

it has more lateral stiffness than 3x and is a touch lighter. For front wheels on cheap hubs just go 3x/radial.
