Be careful if you buy a Tryall stem from Elan. He might 'forget' to send you the topcap that is specific to those stems because they're angled on top. If you're lucky, he might 'promise' to mail you that topcap 4 times. If you're me, well then, you get stuck with a Tryall stem and no topcap.
have u still got that rear wheel????

Yeah, go through them.
wow. rod, sorry your order took longer than planned. im not going to lie, this hasnt been going exaclty as planned. some people got their orders a bit later ( a couple were a LOT later) than expected. but everyone has gotten what theyve paid for. im not here to screw people. im here to be another trials retailer. im not making much, if any money at this. its basically impossible to make money unless you have a huge budget to spend on stock. im not webcyclery, this is a side business for me, i work a full time job also. i try my best to not put my customers on the back burner, but unfortunately it does happen from time to time. i really appreciate people who take the time and order from me, and i always do my best to make up for whatever problems occur. but luckily, the majority of orders i have recieved have all been taken care of with gusto, even though a few were less than satisfactory, and i have a lot of happy customers. i jsut want to be as much a positive, progressive part of the trials community in the US as possible. im not trying to make excuses to the people who didnt get their stuff in a reasonable time, just trying to clarify.
but this is the whole reason im taking a break until spring. in the spring i will be all set up before i reopen, so all business will go smoothly and everyone is going to be happy. in the mean time though, webcyclery and tim at trialsin.com and probably byron at whackcycles.com should be able to handle everyones needs just fine. ;)

Elan, it would not have been a problem if you were honest with me. Four times (count em, 4) you told me 'I'll mail the topcap tomorrow'. The last PM you sent made it sound like you never even had it! It's now almost a month later and I still haven't seen it. I'm not going to jury-rig the stem with a normal topcap like you suggested. That's not what I paid for. I wouldn't be so pissed if you were just honest with me. That goes a long way in my book. Now what do you want to do about the 2 Tryall mod tires that showed up at my door today???
