The stock maggie booster won't fit my bike.
Is there a 4 bolt booster that will fit Maggie Evolution mounts?
Or will I somehow have to make due with a 2 bolt, if that even fits?

The maggie booster isn't nearly wide enough. The spacing of the top bolts of the Evo mounts on my bike is ~114 mm (huge)

If there is even a booster that wide....

I only have a camera phone, but I can take a pic if you like....

Magura boosters are only designed to fit evo adapters with a max width of about 92mm.

This is what it looks like not that it helps much.
Anyone know a booster that is ~114 mm wide?

Why do you need them out that wide?

Try putting the left evo mount on the right side and vice versa.

Muddy - ...Thats the just how the seat stays are. Can't really help it. :P
Felix - I'll try swapping them tommorow, too tired right now. Have you done that before? Pros/Cons? Any info at all?

Thanks

Thanks Look at the mounts: they are not symmetrically.
If you flip them around you reduce the top bolt's spacing by several millimeters. And then you might be able to fit a booster.
It doesn't work with super wide rims though, as you would want the calipers to be all the way out.
Have a go, let us know!

I switched the mounts around. It honestly looks wider but its actually about 1 mm skinnier. I guess its a bust, however, the pads are set closer to the rim. Look how bobo it is....

Stephen Maeder is a good guy, but Veritas frames are a effing waste of aluminum.

Do you have your slave cylinders moved all the way out in the evo adapter??

I can't see from the picture, but have you got your TPA aka turbo pad audjuster aka little red knob on your lever, wound all the way in?? So that the pads don't stick from the cylinders at all?

^^ It does look like the pads are out pretty far towards the rim.

I've really given up on the idea of booster at this point. I'm going to be getting a new frame in the next month or so, so its pointless to spend 50 bucks on one unless I could transfer over to my frame. My brakes work well enough for the time being.
Thanks for everyones help though.
