I was wondering how mucha used king head set is worth? a guy has a red 1 only 1 year old max for 70$... wondering if thats a good deal or not....

waht is the warranty on them anywayy? is it 5 yrs or 10?

10yr warranty. Possibly only available to original owner. Implied in such a long warranty period though is the manufacturer's confidence that few of the items will be returned for warranty. You can trust them.

my current one (had for 2 years) was previously in a DH bike owned by a college team for around 5-6 years. still perfectly smooth and round. no complaints.
