I'm looking at buying either the 2006 Adamant or the Echo Hifi but I'm not sure what these measurements or numbers mean exactly.
The site said that the Adamant is available in 1065 or 1095
The Echo Hifi is available in only one size which is 1085.
I'm 6'1 and weigh 200lbs. What do the numbers mean and also which one do you think would be better for me?
Thanks.

Those are the lengths from the front axle(fork) to the rear axle. A 1085 would probably fit good but ask around.

those numbers are the wheels base and since u are pretty tall the longer one would be better!~

music_maj_34, i am just as tall as you are and believe me, you need a frame with the maximum wheelbase lengh because on smaller frames that I like to call "kiddie bikes" you will probably end up with your feet stuck between your frame and ur front wheel at certain moves.
If you have the opportunity to "test drive" a bike at a local shop or something like that, be sure you take advantage of it.

Thanks for your help guys! Are the longer bikes harder to manuever though?
Oh yeah... I also saw that the adamant and the Echo had a choice between front freewheel and something else. The free wheel was cheaper. Are they talking about disk brakes? Thanks again.

Longer bikes will be harder to spin around, i.e. 180s, pivots, etc. But for you, it will help as you won't feel cramped. They will also let you get up higher obstacles and (not sure though) gap farther.
Front freewheel is a different type of drivetrain. You normally have an engaging hub on the rear wheel (which makes the clicky sound when you rotate the cranks backwards), but with front freewheel, the hub is fixed, and the engagement is done on the freewheel (gears) at the cranks. Hope this made sense. If it doesn't, PM me.

i'm even taller than you guys are at 6'5" and sence i'm starting to pull some larger moves i can feel that hte 1060mm i'm on is a little too short for me. not a big deal though because i have a 1095 ptubill frame sitting in the corner of my room that i will be biulding up soon. at your height go for the longer one. you will know that it was the right move when you ride a shorter bike.
