Well shit. Last night when I went riding, I manage to peel my nice WI freewheel from my hub. Which licks ball because I just rebuilt that wheel. So now I have to get a new hub, new spokes and nipples and rebuild it. FUCK, this sucks. Well, I'm gonna go to a ffw crank system. If somebody has some ffw cranks for a mod that would be awesome. I want ISIS preferably but will consider square taper. If they are ISIS then I will need a bb too but I can buy that new if I have to. anyways, before I went out and blew a bunch of money I thought I would check and see what you guys are holding on too. Thanks.

I don't want to. this one was pretty new and was pretty cheap. my mistake I guess. I want to go to a good fixed hub with like a 12 or 13 tooth on it (fixed meaning no threads at all). any suggestions?

i dont even think they have that. All the fixed hubs just have threads for either a track cog or a freewheel. OR u could lock out a freehub on wtv mtb hub u wanna run.

really? you can buy one with just a gear on it? I know they make them that are freewheels like chris kind type stuff that come with the cog but I thought they would make something also that doesn't freewheel. sucky. hey, question. do you think that, for purposes of not moving, the track cog (say on the hub for a ffw setup) could be tig welded to something to the hub so it wouldn't move. I'm worried that I'll do the same thing with a track cog and be no better. thanks.
