...but we made it one. This is at a nearby college where I live, and was set up as a "sculpture"... Ha. Its not the biggest place to ride, but it works well, and the security doesn't mind!

with smaller places like that you have to play the game with your buddies, who can think of another line. For something close it certainly gets the job done

Well said. That's exactly what we do. Some of the rocks are dece in size, so bigger moves are still a possibility.

you know the game you used to play with a basket ball, one person chooses a shot and the other tries to take the same shot....

its preety much you do a move, then the next person tries to match it by doing the same or do a better line, if they do the same, u go and make a new line, if they do better, u do what they did. get it? if not say u up 3 feet, ur friend does it, then u do a 3 foot side hop, he does a 4 foot side hop(haha) u have to get the four or better.

We need more art like that! Maybe we should submit grants to the National Endowment for the Humanities!

Thanks for the pics, that's exactly the sort of stuff I need to show City Of Seattle Parks Dept. in the open space project underneath I-5.
I think I'll email him now.

Is that woodchips or gravel surrounding it all?

That's cool and you're lucky if the guards don't mind you riding :)
The best thing is if you go to school with your bike and ride there and go home and ride in front of your house and when your friends call you go and ride in the city :)
It's nice to have places to ride everywhere you go.I can only ride in the city with my frineds .... and there find some shity guards that tell us to f**k off. The bad part is that they think they're so cool and powerfull and speak to you like you're a thieve or criminal or something like that. There are not many cool guards that would pass by and just shut up and let you ride. Some of them even ecourage you :P

I'm one of those guards, though the building I currently watch has no riding potential, so no more eggin' them on.
It's funny when I was at the other building I'd approach them like a cop and tell em' to try another move/trick or variation. They were drop jawed. LOL

Its gravel, which makes it a bit difficult, but you can still get run ups through it. Its not very deep either.
