Any riders in the Chicago suburbs (or Chicago).

I was just looking to see if there was anyone to ride with in the suburbs of Chicago, mainly Dupage county area. I'm still sort of a beginner, I can do most moves just not super big yet.

So if you ride in the burbs, or even Chicago post where you ride. I live in Carol Stream and usually ride in Wheaton and Glen ellyn but anywhere within an 30-45 minutes would be cool.

I'm getting ready to move to the southside of Chicago in August to go to school. I'll be bringing my trials bike so hopefully we can hook up and ride; I'll definitely be lookin for some people. I'll put up a new thread as soon as I move so we can get in touch.

I've rode in a couple bike comps this year and they are actually as much fun as moto.

Yeh, I've been doing some crits lately! They are ALOT of fun. Unfortunately I had to sell all my motorcycles...but I've been riding on the road alot and messin around on my trials bike too. I had a crash a couple weeks ago though and had to get stitches in my chin and had a concussion too, so I haven't gotten back on the bike yet because I'm still having headaches. Hopefully this weekend I'll be ready though! Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to your comp. because I'm gonna be in Washington D.C. visiting my brother that weekend. Above is a thread for starting a Chicago ride to replace the cancelled competition in Indiana. If any of you Chicago riders are interested, it is a great way to find riders in the area. I would strongly suggest going if a date can be established. I am trying to see if everyone would want to have it the same weekend that the comp was. Probably Saturday August 13 if enought people want to go.
