I am in. Is anybody planning to ride on Sunday, either at Thunder Rocks or somewhere in the area? I hear there is a good place to ride by Niagra Falls, anybody game?

What time is the expert and pro stock riders starting? I know registration is from 9-10am, but if the expert/pro's are riding in the afternoon would it be possible to register at like 12?

word on the street is that the rally is going to be run like the NATS comps in that pro/ex will run in the afternoon at 2 and begginner/sport will run in the morning at 10. The mod and stock classes will be combined so everyone will be competing together....it will all come out in the wash. I'll be there trying not to kill myself in the pro class :)

it's my guess that you won't be shot or anything if you are a pro/ex and you register at noon. The only issue i see is having someone at the registration booth, so just realize that you may not get registered until right before the ex/pro event starts because the people running the event might be checking the beg/sports.

ah cool cool. I might get a hotel friday night, but if not I'll prolly show up at like 11 with bodo. I guess that could work as we could warm up for a bit and then register when they have the riders meeting or whatever...

vaughn- Your going pro! Thats sweeeet, this year there will be a good turn out in pro it looks like!!!

I'm going. I'll probably compete expert mod in the morning and see how I feel in the afternoon. Probably expert stock also. The pro sections last year were impossible.

Here is what I'm thinking, I'm at the bottom of the Sport class as far as ability, but if I survive the sport class in the morning I may sign/pay up, and struggle through the Expert class in the afternoon. Since I'm driving 7 hours I would like as much biketrials combat as possible!:nuts:

How sure are you? On my entry form it says mod trials 10am and stock trials 2pm. I would like to get this straight so I don't have to bring two bikes if there is only one class.

Well, Both Kevin and I pre-registered, but with the late start for Experts, and the Nats rule on no bike class...we are going to pass on the event. Kevin is on his way out here as we write...but getting done at 6 oclock +...hard to justify the full day. Good luck, and we need ya in some more demos!

I am gonna be riding the following day on sunday at the thunder rocks if anyone wants to come out and ride again. Let me know if your thinking of going.

I can't speak to the late start, but competing with mods isn't a problem. I was a little sceptical at first too but last weekend I did the NATS event and it was really cool.


We do need some more demos!

Yea.....!!!!!! We're going to be camping overnight at Quaker area in Cainhallow. We don't know which site yet but the park ranger told us there is availability in sites 80-90 and in the 150's. He also said that if we came in after 9:30pm (past check-in time), we can just go ahead and find a spot to camp. then we can pay in the morning.... right ;)
