I already have the Try-all bars in carbon finish but i have a few questions as i want more carbon.
A carbon seat post will work, eh. Which ones do you like?

You can get a Shimano XTR v-brake booster, and either use it with v-brake mounts or drill it 4-bolt.

if you want anyhting in carbon Fiber then give me a call. i'm a laminator by trade now. That means i get to play with carbon fiber all day long on boats to anyhting. Most of my mates car is now carbon fiber hehe.
I just made my forks and they have no flex at all as i hate flex.
My bars are carbon fiber
Stem is in the oven hardning off as we speak!!! YES CARBON STEM
Tried out a carbon disc was fun
FDiber-lite in the uk make some plates for the cages on ya rear mech and i think thye do jocky wheels!!
Leavers i know of nothing but it's no hards to do...8mm maybe 10 even 13mm thick sheet of carboin fiber plate and bit of cut and smothe with lots of emery paper and job done..it be carbon on top and btotm and layer weave on the sides, ie: the effect of the weave as you know of carbon fiber to view...but how would you do tpa??
do you have pics of some carbon fibre parts you made? Im especially interested in that fork - weight, estimated time until it breaks?
I also saw carbon fibre rotor once.. looks cool , but I dont know how much is it useful...

LOl i layered up my carbon legs with a Titanum under skeliton...the masts i make for these boats have a bottom boom of Steal about 2ft in lenght max and they are then all carbon fiber to 31ft plus and havent had a broken one at all.
My forks wont snap at the legs, it'll be the crown, strea tube if not defo the dropouts!!!
Weight bit heavy as the crwon and stera tube are steal and alloy...one leg is with ti skeliton and dropouts all cover and layered up etc 190g!! Thats the non disc and disc is 200g. so thats 390g for the legs!!
Pics once there done

LOL if you got deep pockets full of cold hard cash then yeah...but i won't make the frame as such fully..i'll ghet Stefan at Batch to. I've got one of his frames, well one of his and one of my own desaing and wow, the quatly and weight!!
I'm sure he'd make up a frame to your spec and then i can cut out 90% of it all and thenb layer it up in carbon fiber for ya...costly though, $700 for his frame and a good £2k for the carbon fiber so probls looking at £3k all in for a ti/carbon trials frame with the resin and labour on top
can you make carbon ceramic disks? Never have to worry about buying a new rotor again as long as you dont hit it?
What about some wierd ass sort of carbon rims that will be perfect?

carbon rim has been done as has a carbon set of spokes..i helped make it but it was a friends Uni project..they need to be shown how carbon worked so i did that and then helped out building a rim and set of spokes..very light, stiff flex free.
It's imperlmenting that carbon...need more info on it and how they do it for the old motor cycling is bestplace to look at it.
I've made solid carbon disc's for comp use only...was in a Magura SL witch had been upgrade to ti bolt and ti pistons, carbon resivor cap and min about of blood in her...pointless but anyway. The disc worked and was pretty shagged at the end of it..it was barly used but i made it 3mm thick and it was 20 layers of carbon compresed under a 50 tons laods and resin injeceted then vacum baged and left to cure in an over for 48 hours..yet as hard and stiff it wa sit still failed...this stuff was so strong i could drive on it with work van, 2 tons easy ona block and it didn;t go, jumped up and down on it...
Admiterly if you made a softer pad compount you'd be sorted

Devilish the whole point of spokes is to expand/compress to take the energy and leave the rim true. why carbon? seems stupid, or did i miss something
I say good job!! Its nice to see someone experimenting with carbon even though its expensive and practically unusable!
In fact I think experimenting is allways good.
*now someone post that ruthless bike please :)
Im sorry , Im sorry, I read other posts of this guy and now I dont think his experimentig (with sniffing glue) is good

It wa sa bunch of uni students ya stooge..if you had the half deceny you twit you;d read what i put and not have to ask dumb ass american questions now eh!! Not a dig at lla ynaks okay.
I was asked by a friend to hel them with making the carbon and surplies as they can;t get it a scheap as i can being a lmainator.
It's been done to prove phsyics, fact carbon or any other material can be imperlment into any desing going out there.
I have to wear a mask when i mix the resin thewn it's in jected in and we can be posin free there on

Carbon rim, spokes and axle. Stiff as shit .Completely not user serviceable. Has a microchip built in that stores spoke tension info. Silly.
I'd pimp 'em
if I looked good in a speedo.

You could definetely trials it up on those. As long as you had the lightweight carbon brakepads.
