Well, should we have another comp or not? Its no skin off my nose to host another bike trials but would anyone attend. If we did have a comp should it be a one day or two. And should it be at Winona Lake grounds or my house. We have camping and a lot of natural terrain, but no spectators and no 5min. to fast food. I have all the stadium sections + much more, But the natural stuff is endless. My grounds is about 40 min. north of Warsaw, so give me some feed back. The huge negative is we breed mosquitos like no place on earth, could the people handle this issue?

If I'm availiable I would make the trip to go to another competition. If you're planning another, what weekend would it be planned for?

id try to make another trip down there for sure. after how much fun i had that weekend i cant wait till next time. If your house is way north of winona lake id like that more so i dont have to drive the extra distance, but either way id go.

and next time i can bring my actual real trials riding friends instead of my downhill kona riding friends lol!! so thats me, and my two other trialsing friends, they would probobly ride sport

Sam, the end of July and the End of August work for me. I would love a two day event at winona lake, maybe the second day can be a fun day where we start early and just play on the sections from the day before or we can make new ones, or something like that. But either way, so far I am available both weekends and would come. 45 more minutes would be a bummer but not a deal breaker.

Permission has been granted for another event at Winona! I should have some time at the end of the week to throw up some possible dates.

Two day event works best for people having to drive so far.

Once again, I will put all sections across the creek, there is just so much stuff over there untouched.

I'll try to make this one. Missed the last one because of work. :wtc: Any guess as to what month this would take place?

dkoppric
06-01-2005, 01:34 AM
one thing to keep in mind (i dont mean to sound negative), but take the amount of people that say they will show up months in advance and only count on about 1/3 to 1/2 to actually show up. as long as you dont have it the week of june 25th or some weekend i have a demo i will definitley be there.

I'm going to throw out some dates by the weekend, Just been very busy making dough to buy bike parts. :x:

My BT sponsor has notified me saying that my bike parts have arrived from Poland. But my high score in the Sport class and rumors of late nite festivities at the Winona comp have put me on thin Ice with my sponsorship. :nono:

Well, this is good to review, several of you are saying the last to weeks of July are tough. I'm kinda thinking in August, to have more time to promote the event and give people a chance to schedual!

August 12-13

I reviewed a whole lot of conflicting events and thought this date might work well. I think this would be before school starts and the bugs should be decreasing in numbers by then!
Also, this would give enough time for everybody a chance to schedual and myself enough time to raise a 50,000 dollar purse!:naughty:

This date is not firm.

It gets a little nerve racking at times, doesn't it? After two years of doing Flint I just needed to take a break.

Whatever you come up with I will try to attend.

I'll do whatever I can to attend this one as well. As far as I know I am available on those dates and had so much fun last time, I got to be there...

All the hardcore riders have given positive feed back except, Paul, Alex, Duncan and JimK on these dates. So, what do you brothers say?

P.S. Jim,

I'm sorry I have been setting on your guys awards. Please tell Mark and George there winnings will be placed in the mail soon! I used the $10,000 dollar cash owed you guys to buy lottery tickets. I'm sure I'll win the monthly draw, I'm feeling lucky this time!

August 13-14, 100% GO!

The event is going to be held at my property, you can show up Friday the day before no problem.

The bugs are not bad do to the lack of rain, so should be a good time with some good camping!

I'm going to post a flyer in a day or two.

Pat,

I did not go to TTC because I took a good spill on the moto 2 weeks ago and have not recovered! Also, your more than wecolmed to bring your moto.
